The Right Kind of Partnership

Because we don’t work with everyone — and that’s okay.

At Loading Happiness, every line of code is written with people in mind.
Before we talk about tech, here’s what matters most to us.

Who we don’t work with

Profit Above All

If your company is solely focused on profit, we won’t work with you.

People come first. Always.

If you disagree, we’re not your partner.

Control Instead of Serving

If you believe technology should be used to control people rather than serve them, we won’t work with you.

We create to empower.

Not to dominate.

No Respect for Balance

If you expect us to be constantly available, without respecting personal time, we won’t work with you.

We value quality over hustle.

Balance is power.

Disrespect in Any Form

If you don’t treat every human being — client, partner, supplier, or employee — with dignity, we won’t work with you.

Respect is not optional.

It’s our baseline.

No Purpose

If you believe technology is just about growth without direction, we won’t work with you.

Purpose is our compass.

Without it, tech is noise.

Treats Providers as Disposable

If you treat your providers as interchangeable tools instead of partners, we won’t work with you.

Relationships over transactions.

We work with people. Not pipelines.

On Value and Fairness

At Loading Happiness, we’re not driven by money — but we do respect value.
We believe in doing meaningful work, and in being fairly compensated for it.

We may work for free — if your project is noble and brings genuine good to your community. We’ve done it before, and we’ll do it again.
But make no mistake: if you come looking for cheap labor, look elsewhere.

Fair work deserves fair pay.
Not because we’re chasing profit — but because we respect our time, our craft, and our people.

“Purpose without sustainability burns out. Fairness is our fuel.”
